The Product Manager will act as the voice of the customer for aseptic valve applications, converting contamination risk challenges, cleanability requirements, and operational pain points into clear product requirements and prioritised use cases. This role involves leading structured discovery activities across biopharma and high purity processing environments, identifying and articulating customer value drivers, and translating insights into compelling value propositions and product concepts. The Product Manager will also monitor the competitive landscape, emerging aseptic valve technologies, and regulatory trends to inform product strategy, roadmaps, and positioning. They will own the product strategy and roadmap for the ASEPCO portfolio, develop Market Requirements Documents (MRDs), and lead field trials. Additionally, the role involves executing a multi-year brand strategy for ASEPCO, managing a defined range of products to maximize commercial success, and leading product launches. The Product Manager will also define and maintain pricing models, equip sales teams with value-based selling tools, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure sustainability and regulatory compliance. This role requires building strong relationships with global sales teams, key accounts, OEMs, and system integrators, and representing the company at trade shows and conferences. The Product Manager will also serve as the point of contact for the product management organization at the Devens supply factory, leading life sciences product management activities associated with manufacturing and supply.
