About The Position

Vector Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the design, development, delivery, and success of selected learning and development products and components. The role focuses on product strategy, research and definition, development, internal and external releases, tracking success, and iterating to improve outcomes. The Product Manager serves as a subject matter expert on product use, market position, competitive landscape, and product positioning. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years as a Product Manager or in a similar role in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
At least 2 years of experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle in a medium to large software company.
Strong technical background with an understanding of software development and software product management.

Nice To Haves

Pragmatic Marketing Framework or similar product-management-focused certifications.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.

Responsibilities

Develop a detailed understanding of selected Vector Solutions training software products.
Perform market research to understand target markets.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap with key stakeholders, and regularly review and adapt it based on changing business or market conditions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to define product initiative requirements and scope for engineering teams.
Consult with Sector Management to develop product positioning, pricing, channel, and marketing strategies.
Partner with Engineering, QA, and User Experience teams to ensure designs and completed product features meet customer expectations and market demands.
Coordinate with other departments on release deliverables and critical launch activities to enable timely and effective product releases.
