Twilio
$116,960 - $171,900Remote

About The Position

Join Twilio as a Product Manager on the Console team, leading product development for the unified Console platform. This position is a critical role designed to drive the execution of Twilio’s Console consolidation and self-service goals. As a Product Manager (L2) on the Console Team, you will focus on building the "One Console" experience, ensuring a unified customer model and seamless migration for acquired entities like Segment. You will play a key role in empowering developers through intelligent Console capabilities and AI-driven experiences.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Product Management, entrepreneurial (e.g., founder), or intensive project experience.
  • Understanding of how developers interact with platforms, APIs, and headless architectures to build custom interfaces.
  • Strong ability to manage tactical execution at the scrum level while balancing reliability and feature delivery.
  • Proven ability to thrive at the intersection of business and technology. Demonstrated track record of using market trends and business strategy to adapt and grow products in fast-moving tech space.
  • Understanding of how diverse, complex personas (whether they are developers, marketers, or other operators) interact with platforms to build custom workflows.
  • A strong execution mindset with a passion for multidisciplinary work. Excel at taking a product from concept to reality, improving workflows through data visualization, automation, and tactical execution at the scrum level.

Nice To Haves

  • Backgrounds building data-driven platforms, AI-powered intelligence tools, or web applications are a plus.
  • Recent graduates with strong startup or multidisciplinary experiences with a ‘can do’ attitude are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience using data to identify "friction points" in a user journey and designing automated interventions to solve them.
  • Knowledge of how to design seamless transitions across different platform touchpoints. For example, moving a user fluidly from reading API documentation, to testing in a sandbox, to escalating a complex issue to a technical support ticket - ensuring their context and configuration history are preserved every step of the way.

Responsibilities

  • Drive self-service goals to allow developers to build custom interfaces on top of core console capabilities, empowering the partner ecosystem.
  • Execute on features that allow users to interact in plain language, empowering the Console Assistant to map customer intent, instantly configure complex workflows, and proactively surface next steps.
  • Lead the effort to migrate M&A customers into the Twilio One Console ecosystem, establishing a single, unified view of the customer console.
  • Manage the deprecation of legacy Console systems to reduce technical debt and unify the UI without compromising the reliability of our Tier-0 platform.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Edge teams to ensure a consistent experience across the Twilio platform and mitigate risks during strategic consolidation.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Edge teams to build proactive, friction-free customer journeys. Leverage behavioral data and intent signals to deliver in-line, natural language troubleshooting and contextual recommendations.
