About The Position

The Product Manager owns delivery of the NG POS roadmap across releases, regions, and workstreams. The role translates product vision into delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies, and ensures delivery meets schedule, scope, quality, and cost expectations. It drives execution discipline across Agile teams and release cycles. The Product Manager serves as the primary interface with Product, Retail Operations, Technology, and Leadership, communicating status, risks, and trade-offs and facilitating timely decisions aligned with business priorities and store impact. The role establishes delivery governance, quality gates, and release readiness; identifies and mitigates delivery, technical, and operational risks; and manages dependencies across POS, payments, loyalty, and integrations. The position designs end-to-end test scenarios and test cases, performs hands-on POS testing, and manages end-to-end testing, regression coverage, release confidence, and defect triage. It champions Agile and DevOps practices adapted to retail and store constraints, tracks delivery health through metrics and outcomes, and drives continuous improvement in speed, predictability, and quality. The Product Manager manages system integrators and technology vendors, aligning internal and external teams under a shared execution cadence and ensuring commitments and quality standards are met. The role partners with operations teams on store readiness, rollout, and adoption, accounting for store-level change impact and supporting phased rollouts with minimal operational disruption.
