About The Position

The Product Manager will join the Channel Strategy & Operations team to help build a portfolio of strategic AI agents and an agent marketplace/platform. You will work at the intersection of sales, product, and emerging AI technology—identifying high-value use cases, defining MVPs and requirements, and using tools like Claude to prototype solutions before partnering with engineering to bring them to life.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience with product discovery, requirements gathering, MVP definition, prioritization, roadmap development, and delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and product decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience using Claude or similar agentic AI/coding tools to automate workflows , conduct research, accelerate product development, or build prototypes
• Ability to rapidly prototype and demonstrate product concepts before engaging engineering for production development
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse business and technical teams

• Understanding of sales organizations, sales processes, market expansion, or sales operations
• Experience working within a large, highly matrixed organization
• Portfolio or examples of AI products, prototypes, workflows, or applications personally developed or helped bring to market

Responsibilities

• Own or partner with a Senior Product Manager on a portfolio of AI agents and agentic products from concept through delivery.
• Identify high-value business problems and translate ambiguous needs into clear product concepts, use cases, requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
• Define product scope, MVPs, user journeys, success criteria, and roadmaps, determining what should be built and how it should work.
• Use Claude or similar agentic AI tools to conduct research, automate workflows, build prototypes, and develop and iterate prompts and agent workflows.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Data/AI, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate prototypes into scalable production solutions.
• Help shape the portfolio and marketplace of AI agents, prioritizing opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and user impact.
