About The Position

Build products that help small businesses thrive at scale. You’ll deliver new capabilities and ongoing improvements for Small Business Card, translating insights into execution and ensuring every release is measurable, resilient, and customer-first. Job Summary: As a Product Manager (Associate - 601) on the Small Business Launch and Capabilities Team, you will own and drive end-to-end product delivery. This role partners closely with engineering, design, data/analytics, controls/risk, legal/compliance, operations, and business stakeholders to define the roadmap, translate customer needs into clear requirements, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of product management experience delivering products in a complex environment.
  • Strong ability to write clear requirements (PRDs, user stories, process flows) and drive prioritization with support from leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience working with engineering teams and balancing business goals with technical realities while working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with road mapping, prioritization, requirements definition, and backlog management.

  • Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with Small Business Card’s vision and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements and new offerings.
  • Lead product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Define new features, gather requirements, and create user stories.
  • Define and monitor performance, identify enhancements, and create remediation plans.
  • Communicate product vision and updates to internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage product backlog, ensure agile metrics, and support production, issue resolution and prioritization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment.
