  • Strong understanding of fiber and copper cabling systems, including patch cords, trunks, bundled jumpers, MPO/MTP assemblies, AOC/DAC solutions, labeling, testing, and field deployment considerations.
  • Experience converting technical and customer requirements into product specifications, standard configurations, bills of material, and commercial offerings.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, sourcing, operations, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, including ability to support pricing, margin analysis, product positioning, competitive comparison, and go-to-market planning.

  • Partner with design, operations, project delivery, and vendor teams to define technical requirements for fiber, copper, AOC, DAC, MPO/MTP, bundled assemblies, labeling, packaging, testing, and quality control.
  • Support development of pre-configured and custom assembly solutions that reduce installation time, improve cable management, and support scalable AI/HPC deployments.
  • Create product specifications, configuration guides, application notes, and sales enablement content; support development of ordering tools and bill-of-material templates.
  • Ensure solutions address pathway congestion, airflow, serviceability, labeling, port mapping, testing requirements, and future expansion.
  • Support sales teams with product positioning, customer presentations, proposal language, solution comparisons, and value messaging.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to capture customer requirements and convert them into repeatable product and solution offerings.

  • Provide technical and commercial support during pursuits, demos, solution reviews, and post-award handoffs to execution teams.
  • Work with sourcing and vendor partners to qualify materials, assemblies, lead times, cost structures, manufacturing capabilities, and supply chain risks.
  • Monitor AI/HPC infrastructure trends, including higher fiber counts, 400G/800G connectivity, high-density connectors, modular cabling systems, and GPU fabric requirements.
  • Track product performance, customer feedback, quality issues, demand patterns, and lifecycle changes to improve offerings.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure solutions can be built, kitted, labeled, shipped, installed, tested, and supported at scale.
  • Deliver prioritized product roadmap milestones and track adoption, revenue, margin, quote volume, win rate, and customer uptake.
  • Monitor defects, labeling issues, configuration errors, installation concerns, returns, and customer feedback, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
