About The Position

We’re looking for an Agentic AI Product Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Agentic AI Workforce product management. In this role, you’ll own and maintain the product roadmap and lead discovery conversations to deeply understand market and customer needs. You’ll go beyond surface‑level requirements - digging in, asking thoughtful questions, and uncovering the real problems customers face so we can design impactful, meaningful AI solutions. You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers and our development teams, translating insights into clear, actionable problems. Over time, you’ll become the subject matter expert for your area of the Agentic AI workforce product and collaborate closely with teams such as Product Marketing, Adoption, Sales, CSM, and Product Writing. Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least some exposure to AI‑driven products
• Strong understanding of modern AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and model limitations
• A proven track record of successfully bringing data products to market and driving adoption
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMP)
• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated financial services industries
• Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for driving adoption of Nasdaq Verafin’s Agentic AI workforce capabilities across development and product management teams
• Build and maintain a product roadmap that translates business goals and user needs into scalable, safe, and high‑impact agentic AI solutions
• Balance innovation with regulatory requirements, risk tolerance, and customer trust
• Own end‑to‑end product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, data science) to align product capabilities with market needs
