About The Position

As a Product Manager, you’ll be part of our Mac Tools team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to manage the complete product lifecycle process from concept to delivery. This includes driving and developing new products while overseeing and managing quality issues, developing sales and promotion programs, and developing materials for web content. You will also benchmark competitors and perform competitive pricing analysis. You will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for the profitable management of pricing, gross margins, and collateral materials. Maintaining an awareness of trends in the industry and related industries, and developing a deep understanding of the end user to incorporate these insights into successful new product launches are key aspects of this role. You will be supporting and preparing for Tool Shows, FEM Meetings, Vendor Meetings and Mac Truck Rides. Additionally, you will assist in leading cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives, and act as the point of contact for manufacturing, purchasing, sales, quality, and engineering. This role involves validation of Product CTQs, Testing & Claims with End Users, and providing product training to internal and external stakeholders. You will also evaluate and develop product line total sales and product positioning, and be responsible for managing the annual marketing budget and the profit and loss of the product line.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams – must be able to present data and conclusions in an organized manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required; must be able to present data and conclusions in an organized manner
  • Strong project management skills
