About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise products and platforms. This role focuses on product vision, stakeholder collaboration, customer-centric design, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions while partnering closely with engineering, design, and business teams.

Requirements

• At least 6 years+ strong experience in product management or product ownership.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and manage end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and customer-centric design principles.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and features.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in DevOps or technology-driven environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and market insights.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and outcomes.
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on data, feedback, and KPIs.
