ASU EdPlus is a dynamic unit of Arizona State University focused on the design and scalable delivery of digital teaching and learning models to increase student success and reduce barriers to achievement in higher education. We advance the economic, social, cultural, and overall health of the local, national, and international communities served by ASU. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our CRM team. Your role may expand over time to include other products integrated into Salesforce to create greater efficiency and support within the Enrollment Center. Communication and partnership are central to your success. You will work closely with Enrollment Center leadership, CRM analysts, and Business Analysts to ensure operational needs are clearly understood and translated into effective system solutions. A key partner outside the Enrollment Center is the marketing team, whose communications work is closely tied to enrollment operations. You will be expected to build trust across all stakeholder groups and approach every engagement—regardless of scope—with a strategic mindset and an awareness of the broader enrollment picture. While not all responsibilities begin on day one, we expect that you will grow into a trusted strategic partner to the Enrollment Center by contributing to cross-functional initiatives that support enrollment growth, building deep institutional knowledge, and becoming a go-to resource for system-informed decision making.
