The Product Manager will partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate high-level strategies into actionable, measurable initiatives that drive enterprise value. This role involves developing and communicating a product strategy that balances enterprise needs, accelerates delivery, ensures scalability and architectural health. The Product Manager will define and continuously refine product scope, priorities, and success measures based on value, risk, effort, and business impact. They will research emerging trends, identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and continuous improvement, and contribute to technology and tool selection as needed. Serving as the primary point of contact for product direction, decisions, and clarifications, the Product Manager will proactively communicate progress, risks, and scope changes to ensure alignment across business, platform, and development teams. This role requires scheduling and facilitating regular prioritization and roadmap alignment sessions with business stakeholders, collaborating with business leaders and users to shape problem statements, define desired outcomes, and drive informed trade-off decisions. The Product Manager will facilitate seamless collaboration across business and development teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment from discovery through delivery, and partner with system architects to align product needs with platform capabilities, architectural standards, and enterprise guidelines. Influencing and championing innovative solutions, best practices, and technology decisions across diverse audiences, while actively managing competing priorities, dependencies, and risks to maintain delivery momentum and focus, is crucial. Building and maintaining strong relationships across business, technology, and external partners while representing Mouser with professionalism and a customer-first mindset is expected. The role involves organizing, prioritizing, and communicating complex information clearly to support effective decision-making, leveraging data-driven insights and domain knowledge to guide prioritization, support decision-making, and communicate process improvements. Defining, tracking, and communicating product success metrics to measure adoption, performance, and business impact, and identifying opportunities to improve experiences and unlock new business value through discovery, stakeholder engagement, and post-release insights are key responsibilities. The Product Manager will act as a forward-thinking change agent who challenges the status quo and drives continuous improvement.
