The IS Product Manager will partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to translate high-level strategies into actionable, measurable initiatives that drive enterprise value. This role involves developing and communicating a product strategy that balances enterprise needs, accelerates delivery, ensures scalability and architectural health. The Product Manager will define and continuously refine product scope, priorities, and success measures based on value, risk, effort, and business impact. Responsibilities include researching emerging trends, identifying opportunities for innovation, and contributing to technology and tool selection. The role serves as the primary point of contact for product direction, decisions, and clarifications, proactively communicating progress, risks, and scope changes to ensure alignment across business, platform, and development teams. This includes scheduling and facilitating prioritization and roadmap alignment sessions, collaborating with business leaders and users to shape problem statements, and driving informed trade-off decisions. The Product Manager will facilitate seamless collaboration across business and development teams, partner with system architects to align product needs with platform capabilities, and influence innovative solutions and best practices. Key aspects of the role involve managing competing priorities, dependencies, and risks, building strong relationships, organizing and communicating complex information, leveraging data-driven insights, defining and tracking product success metrics, and acting as a change agent for continuous improvement.
