About The Position

Medevolve is a healthcare technology company under Emergence Healthcare Technologies focused on revenue cycle management and billing optimization. The platform helps healthcare providers maximize reimbursement, reduce claim denials, and improve operational efficiency across the billing lifecycle. We serve hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare systems with AI-powered billing and coding solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience or equivalent strategic product work in early-stage startups or growth roles.
  • Proven ability to define success metrics, track progress, and make pivot decisions based on data.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design to influence roadmap decisions without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated skill in customer discovery through interviews, support data analysis, or feedback loops that shaped product direction.
  • Comfort shipping incomplete products with a clear plan to improve based on user feedback.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, software, or B2B SaaS relevant to Medevolve's space.
  • Track record scaling products from early traction to meaningful adoption or revenue impact.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify market gaps and validate product opportunities.
  • Define and own 2-3 key OKRs and measure progress monthly against both leading and lagging indicators.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria before engineering begins.
  • Partner with design, marketing, and sales to validate go-to-market positioning and support launch planning.
  • Run A/B tests, feature flags, and pilot programs to reduce launch risk and make data-driven scaling decisions.
  • Monitor product health post-launch by tracking adoption, support volume, and retention to identify friction points.
