About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to develop and implement strategy for the company's product line. This role is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and defining the product vision. The Product Manager will work with Product Owners, IT, and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements against business strategy, product roadmap, and value drivers. This position partners closely with engineering to ensure the delivery of winning products that meet client and member needs. The role oversees the product roadmap development process, ensuring input from UX, design teams, operations managers, engineering managers, and finance teams. Responsibilities include confirming project deadlines, ensuring product development stages meet stakeholder expectations, and providing timely communication of deployment updates. The Product Manager will report on product performance using data to confirm high reliability standards and ensure overall product success.

Requirements

  • Expertise in working in web portals, mobile apps, and back end (web services, Datab implementation), cloud migration.
  • Leading strategic and innovative idea creation and implementation.
  • Mastery in holistic Product management lifecycle from discovery to post implementation analytics.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics tool and understanding implementation to analytics.
  • Managing demanding stakeholders in a complex work environment.
  • Proficient in project planning and life cycle development.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, principles, and procedures.
  • Ability to use Product KPIs and business metrics to optimize the product.
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • 10 years’ experience product management and/or product owner experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the entire product management life cycle, translating business strategy into downstream product processes.
  • Ensures all stakeholders’ features, requirements, and acceptance criteria support delivery and testing of new products and features.
  • May also manage beta programs, manage the development of product marketing materials and technical documentation.
  • Ensures new products align with and support existing products where applicable.
  • Leverages market research as inputs into the product roadmap to confirm market demand by gathering feedback from customers and analyzing the product landscape, updates existing products and new technologies.
  • Ensures Product Owners' backlogs incorporate this data in their prioritization processes.
  • Defines the product roadmap showing the value derived at each delivery of functionality milestones.
  • Responsible and/or assists with go-to market strategy and launches for new products.
  • Facilitates product release with product owners, engineering, sales, supply chain, etc.
  • Educates internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develops/delivers product presentations.
  • Facilitates marketing and stakeholder communications for all products, including clear ability to translate technical solutions into value proposition.
  • Works with finance to define revenue drivers and pricing to ensure competitiveness and financial profitability.
  • Identifies and documents market information, including competitive analysis, threats, trends, and information helpful to management, sales, and marketing.
