The Product Manager, Hand Towels North America is responsible for implementing the Product Strategy and executing tactical plans for a product assortment on a regional basis. Accountable for overseeing the product lifecycle, supporting product strategies, and ensuring successful product launches. The role focuses on launch excellence, product management, and assortment optimization to ensure a competitive and profitable assortment. Working in a matrix organization, the job will collaborate with marketing, sales, innovation, R&D, sourcing, and manufacturing. Additionally, the Product Manager assists in tracking key performance indicators (sales volume, revenues, spending, etc.), analyzing them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the brand/product/service needs to be improved. This position develops knowledge of the organization's brands, products, services, and customers by working closely with senior Product/Brand Managers.
