About The Role Our clients come to us with ambitious business challenges. They want to modernize enterprise platforms, launch AI-powered products, automate complex workflows, unlock the value of their data, and create digital experiences that drive measurable business results. Your job is to turn those challenges into products that deliver real impact. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product journey from discovery through delivery, partnering with clients, engineers, designers, and AI specialists to define what to build, why it matters, and how success is measured. You will combine product strategy, customer insight, technology, and AI to help clients solve complex problems and build products that people love to use. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role where success comes from understanding complex business challenges, aligning diverse stakeholders, and turning ideas into products that deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

7+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex digital products from discovery through launch and continuous optimization.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise software, data-driven products, or AI-enabled solutions.
Experience working directly with enterprise clients to define product strategy, facilitate discovery, manage priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities where AI, analytics, and automation can create customer and business value.
Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including large language models, generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation, and their practical applications in digital products.
Strong product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using customer research, product analytics, and experimentation to drive product decisions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience working in Agile product environments with distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms, customer portals, operational platforms, workflow automation solutions, or data and AI driven products.
Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, Digital Health, Analytics or Enterprise Operations
Experience delivering AI powered capabilities such as conversational experiences, copilots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, document intelligence, or intelligent automation.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), AI evaluation techniques, and responsible AI practices.
Experience working within a consulting, digital product agency, or professional services organization.
MBA or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery: Lead product discovery through customer research, analytics, and market insights to define product strategy and validate opportunities.
Own product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for one or more products or strategic client initiatives.
Translate complex business challenges into product strategies, MVPs, and actionable delivery plans.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to create measurable customer and business value.
Product Leadership & Delivery: Own product outcomes from discovery through delivery, balancing customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and delivery risk.
Lead complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and business teams, driving alignment, prioritization, and execution.
Navigate ambiguity, manage dependencies, and make informed tradeoffs that maximize customer and business outcomes.
Continuously refine product roadmaps using customer feedback, product analytics, experimentation, and business insights.
AI & Product Innovation: Partner with engineering and data teams to define AI-enabled product capabilities and evaluate technical tradeoffs, including scalability, performance, privacy, and user experience.
Design intelligent product experiences that improve customer outcomes, automate workflows, and drive operational efficiency.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications aligned with client goals and product strategy.
Champion responsible AI by considering transparency, explainability, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Leverage AI tools to improve product management workflows, including research, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and communication.
Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic product advisor throughout the engagement.
Lead discovery workshops, roadmap planning sessions, prioritization discussions, and executive product reviews.
Communicate product strategy, progress, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to both technical and business audiences.
Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to the evolution of Roko Labs' product management methodology and AI product practices.
