About The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead strategic product development and lifecycle management initiatives. This role will serve as a key partner to the Product Development team, providing operational support while also functioning as a Project Manager across cross-functional initiatives. You will collaborate closely with R&D, supply chain, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure products are developed, launched, and optimized in alignment with consumer needs and business objectives. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—particularly in managing timelines, coordinating development efforts, and driving operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, and can effectively translate vision into actionable plans. It blends product ownership with active involvement in R&D processes and supply chain execution to bring innovative products to market successfully.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or product development—preferably within the health, wellness, or beauty industry
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end product development timelines across cross-functional teams (marketing, sourcing, production, and design)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with deadlines, milestones, and OKRs/KPIs
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including seasonal product launches and growth initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to align product strategy with customer expectations and operational capabilities
  • Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product positioning and pricing strategies
  • Familiarity with product documentation, regulatory/compliance processes, and maintaining organized project files
  • Hands-on experience with SKU setup, item configuration, and product data management (e.g., dimensions, case packs, inventory attributes)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional meetings and driving alignment across teams
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and translate strategic vision into actionable execution
  • Based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA (preferred)
  • Available to work onsite once per week, plus as-needed onsite support.
  • Available to work onsite 4–5 days, twice per year, for U.S. Summit events

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain health/beauty product development timelines, working cross-functionally with marketing, sourcing, production, and product design
  • Manage seasonal project strategy roadmap which encompasses all product go-to-market and growth initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure teams are in compliance with key deadlines and milestones alongside OKRs/KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing/creative, finance, and logistics to manage customer expectations
  • Work with the marketing team to conduct market/trend research and competitive analysis to determine optimal product pricing and positioning
  • Manage product documentation, compliance/regulatory process, and project files
  • Lead item configuration setup (SKU, dimensions, case packs, etc)
  • Collaborate with leadership and strategy team to bring brand vision and goals to life
