About The Position

As a Fortress Senior Product Manager, you will play a strategic role in shaping the future of our product by defining priorities, translating market and customer insights into actionable product strategies, and partnering closely with engineering, design, leadership, and go-to-market teams. Your responsibilities will span from discovery and roadmap planning through delivery, launch readiness, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners, executives, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap planning skills with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and operational impact.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use research, data, and user insights to guide product decisions.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, initiatives, and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead through influence, drive alignment, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, product management, or a related field, or comparable experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in product management.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and partnering with engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive complex product initiatives, new product features, and enhancements from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company priorities, customer needs, market opportunities, and business outcomes.
  • Lead discovery efforts by conducting market research, customer interviews, user research, competitive analysis, and data review to identify opportunities and validate requirements.
  • Translate business objectives, customer insights, and operational needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, project management, customer-facing teams, subject matter experts, and leadership to align scope, priorities, design strategy, milestones, and delivery expectations.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions and make recommendations based on customer value, business impact, risk, effort, dependencies, and available resources.
  • Present product strategies, research findings, roadmap updates, designs, prototypes, and launch plans to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Create internal enablement materials, training resources, and go-to-market support materials to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, user feedback, and analytics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions.
  • Support agile delivery processes by partnering with engineering teams to refine requirements, clarify priorities, remove blockers, and ensure delivery aligns with product goals.
  • Mentor and support other product team members through knowledge sharing, best practices, and collaborative problem solving without direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
