As a Product Manager at Ziflow, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product and ensuring it delivers maximum value to our customers. We are looking for someone who combines a deep understanding of user needs with strong analytical and strategic thinking. You will not only gather and translate customer and market insights into actionable requirements but also help set the direction for how our product evolves to meet key business goals. In this role, you’ll own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration for key areas of the product. That means engaging directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities; working closely with development, design, and QA teams to bring solutions to life; and collaborating across marketing, success, and support to ensure features launch smoothly and effectively. Your work will involve defining detailed user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and tracking success through clear metrics and instrumentation.
