About The Position

Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for their Dubrovnik office. This role is responsible for preparing monthly forecasts, maintaining accurate databases, flowcharts, and reports to support financial performance. The Product Manager will also assist with vendor contracts, administrative tasks, and ensure marketing materials and itinerary updates are accurate across departments.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and exhibit proactive initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly product Profit and Loss (P&L) forecasts, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
  • Prepare and maintain an internal Flowchart with program departures, flight and hotel information.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and costs, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and budgetary guidelines, while providing administrative support for Contracting Team.
  • Maintain and update internal databases with precision, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for accurate program and vendor financial reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the Contracting team, including the preparation and management of contractual documents.
  • Conduct reviews of marketing materials, analyzing their accuracy, informing different departments on any itinerary changes through database forms.
  • Other tasks as per supervisor's instructions.
