About The Position

Ludicrum is redefining iGaming by blending creativity with technology to deliver world-class gaming experiences. The Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the development of products that align with the company's vision and deliver exceptional value to customers. This role bridges the gap between business, technology, and user experience, ensuring the delivery of innovative, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. In this role, you will focus on Player Onboarding & Activation, owning the product-side funnel that converts incoming traffic into active players. You are responsible for optimizing the journey from visitor through registration, onboarding, first deposit, and first play, ensuring users reach value quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on product knowledge and user experience.
  • Proven expertise in product management, development, or a related role within the iGaming sector.
  • Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, user behavior, and regulatory landscape.
  • Familiarity with different types of iGaming products (e.g., online casinos, sports betting, poker).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the visitor-to-registration funnel, analyzing user behavior to identify drop-offs and friction points.
  • Partner with Marketing/Acquisition teams to align on campaign intent, traffic quality, and conversion performance.
  • Own the end-to-end registration flow, collaborating with Compliance to ensure seamless KYC integration.
  • Work closely with Design to deliver intuitive onboarding flows that guide users toward first value quickly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates, for the specific owned product areas.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements and manage expectations.
  • Present product plans, progress, and performance to the Head of Product and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide expert support to internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the product.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of delivered features.
  • Assist in the quality assurance process by reviewing product changes and enhancements to ensure they meet regulatory standards, user needs, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze user behavior to drive innovation and enhancements that improve product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement data-driven improvements to enhance product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and support teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for growth.
