Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience, including proven experience in a building successful SaaS products
  • Data driven with experience managing complex processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of all elements of the entire product management process and product lifecycle
  • Skilled in product discovery in its multiple forms, and in defining user workflows and sketching wireframes.
  • A good balance of technical savviness and business acumen with an ability to dive into the details as well as broad strategic thinking
  • Proven experience with data-rich applications and AI-driven features
  • Experience working with US-based customers and teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Passionate about impacting the day-to-day lives of millions of city dwellers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Fully own the product management lifecycle for our survey product in line to the company’s strategic vision: the roadmap, KPIs, research, user experience, and finally collaborate with R&D on execution and monitor adoption.
  • Perform research and discovery to understand and prioritize our customers' pain points, and analyze user feedback, product analytics, and market research and competition, to turn user needs into detailed product requirements and user workflows
  • Build the business case for new product development, involve various stakeholders to get buy-in and communicate the vision to the wider teams.
  • Product Requirements; translate the new product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Launch new features (and sometimes products) in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, helping develop the go-to-market plans.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders across engineering, customer success, sales, professional services, marketing and operations.
