This hybrid role, based in Toronto, ON or Burnaby, BC, involves developing and executing product strategies to drive growth across a portfolio of diagnostic products and services. The Product Manager will lead new product, service, and program launches from concept to implementation and ongoing optimization, collaborating with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations, Medical, and Business Intelligence. The role requires using customer insights and market intelligence to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities, translating customer needs into actionable strategies, and supporting business growth through strong product management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
