About The Position

ELLKAY is seeking a Product Manager to own LKOpera’s interoperability products and solutions from concept through launch. The role is responsible for bringing modern, disruptive solutions to market that customers value and that support business growth, and for owning the product roadmap in alignment with strategic themes and budgets. The Product Manager works with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to translate company and department strategy into clear roadmaps and support Product Owners as they break major requirements into user stories for agile development teams. In the first 3–6 months, the role will assess LKOpera’s conformance and data-quality gaps against leading competitors, prioritize improvements, pilot an AI-assisted capability, improve FHIR coverage and data-quality metrics, establish rapid prototyping with Engineering, and define requirements for an AI-native interface engine. During months 6–12, the Product Manager will own the roadmap, drive predictable delivery, coordinate launches and positioning with Marketing and Sales, and partner with Engineering on roadmap planning, capacity, and phased refactoring for large hospital systems. Longer term, the role is accountable for product profitability and growth and for helping position the interface engine as a reliable, AI-enabled interoperability platform. The position reports to the Director of Product Management, LKOpera. ELLKAY operates as a hybrid workplace, with remote work considered for candidates who live more than 40 miles from an office and whose skills and experience strongly align with the role. Compensation is $120,000–$150,000.
