About The Position

As a member of our skilled product management team for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), work with our top performing team at every level to define new product feature qualifications criteria and help priorities the product roadmap. As a technical expert with excellent communication skills, specify both frontend and backend features including UI requirements and connections to backend services. Accountable for assembling product requirements from multiple sources (e.g. research, usability, consumer feedback, competitive assessment) and communicate requirements to Development. Will regularly communicate on a technical level with engineering and development, including creating detailed use cases, flows, diagrams, API specifications and other technical documentation. Collaborate with the development team to define features and work with the quality assurance team to fix defects and aid in testing, leading the execution in their assigned product areas and drive resolution of issues associated with those areas across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience defining detailed technical user stories and use cases
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Be familiar with Agile processes and environments, and define key metrics for measuring product success
• Strong background in project/program management.
• Demonstrated experience building user experiences and platform capabilities for web products.
• Have the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Must be flexible and quick to adapt to sudden changes and issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage platform feature set to support general experience and common components in the application.
• Work with engineers to scope, design and implement capabilities
• Identify market trends to shape product lines
• Conduct product research, requirements-gathering, and product rollout
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps
• Using relevant criteria, review and prioritize the product roadmap
• Define design processes for innovation and scalability of current and new product lines
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
