About The Position

Candid Health is growing its Product Management team and is looking for an experienced PM to partner closely with its engineering organization and external customers. The company delivers transformative software to healthcare providers, turning complex payments ecosystems into a human-centered platform that empowers providers to better serve their patients. The Product Manager will become deeply embedded within the company and shape the vision of large swaths of the product surface area.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a product manager.
Experience building data-intensive products and applications.
Grounded thinking in the unit economics of the business.
Data-driven with the ability to leverage data for insights and to influence critical decisions.
Low ego and high output.
Outcome-oriented, effective collaborator, and biases towards action.
Ability to code or read code, and to understand the perspective of engineers.
Experience working with healthcare or medical billing, or on the technical side of other highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

Improving existing product management practices and building new systems to enable Candid to deliver great products and services.
Building and executing the product vision in close collaboration with Engineering and Design.
Identifying gaps and generating new ideas by considering the macro-structure of the business and the product.
Being held accountable for business goals and ensuring partner teams are also accountable.
Creating rigorous reporting dashboards for visibility and accountability.
Capturing signal from the field and customers to understand and prioritize user needs.
Communicating new feature customer rollouts to customers and internal stakeholders, including company leadership and operations teams.
