About The Position

The Product Manager will apply product management, program management, developer experience, user research, or technology delivery experience to gather and interpret feedback and data. The role includes translating developer and customer input into product priorities and backlog improvements, defining and tracking product outcomes and metrics, and supporting product communications, launches, rollouts, and operationalization. The position requires collaboration across functions and effective facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, program management, developer experience, user research, or technology delivery.
• Experience leading pilots, focus groups, empathy sessions, surveys, workshops, or similar feedback initiatives.
• Ability to translate developer/customer feedback and data into actionable product priorities and backlog improvements.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and product outcomes.
• Experience supporting product communications, launches, rollout, and operationalization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
