You will prioritize and implement new product ideas to enhance employee and manager experiences, ensuring value realization and positive outcomes. Additionally, you will monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and suggest strategies for business growth. You’ll operate within Employee Experience Product Organization within HR to translate strategy into outcome-based roadmaps for a defined sub-domain, balancing delivery velocity, quality, risk, and stakeholder satisfaction. You combine strong product management skills, analytical rigor, and structured problem solving with a passion for creating intuitive, scalable experiences for employees, managers, HR partners, and senior leaders across the firm.
