About The Position

PatientPoint is seeking a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead the evolution of our content tools, services and API’s. With a focus on product discovery and delivery in partnership with our customer-facing product teams and in alignment with content partners, you’ll be the driving force behind the product team, responsible for solving for the future of PatientPoint’s content capabilities, creating measurable impact, and helping mature best practices as we build our product-led culture. In this role, you will operate as a senior player-coach, with accountability for product outcomes for the content platform and enabling outcomes for stream-aligned product teams that support core and Precision products. You’ll coach, improve and achieve PatientPoint’s product practice standards within the Content Intelligence domain. And you’ll manage a product manager responsible for PatientPoint’s provider hub, determining the future for content tools that are both internally and customer-facing. This is a hands-on role that requires strong product instincts, ability to navigate ambiguity with structured thinking, strong data acumen, a sense of urgency, ability to lead through change, and a relentless focus on value creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success owning and scaling content platform products with measurable outcomes connected to business strategy.
  • Strong product discovery skills and deep experience validating ideas before heavy investment (ex. experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven development).
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and product bets
  • High data literacy and comfort defining, gathering (w/ SQL or similar), tracking, and interpreting product metrics
  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance customer, revenue, and technical considerations
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; can align execs, partners and engage teams.
  • Fluency with modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, Looker, Mixpanel, Figma) and Agile methodologies.
  • Fluency with modern AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma Make, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or related Masters degree
  • Previous experience at growth- or mature-stage companies with mature product organizations; leveraging a modern product operating model with dedicated prod-eng teams and outcome-led goals.
  • Previous experience in healthcare/health tech, or environment with similar data privacy considerations
  • Previous experience with recommendation systems and mixed media types including articles, video, infographics and innovative formats.
  • Previous experience with DOOH platforms such as BroadSign, SignageOS, or similar is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the content intelligence platform (digital platform and tools used to ingest, store and smartly deliver content to products in provider offices and Precision partner products).
  • Source information from experts, partners, stakeholders and customers to frame customer problems that are worth solving.
  • Adapt the product strategy and then translate it into meaningful product bets that align with PatientPoint’s mission and OKR’s.
  • Be the expert for a product and/or product group.
  • Serve as the expert for provider content experiences at the point of care, staying informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Conduct competitor product teardowns, understand rational for content capability differentiation in the market, and educate product peers and internal partners/stakeholders on opportunities.
  • Lead product discovery and delivery.
  • Partner closely with peer product teams, engineering, design, content and business partners to frame the right problems, run structured discovery, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
  • Ensure alignment with portfolio leadership proactively.
  • Champion AI-forward product development.
  • Leverage AI as an enabling capability in every aspect of product development and solutioning – enabling faster alignment, communication, analysis and document creation that power faster-time-to-insights and time-to-market; and best-in-class product capabilities and experiences.
  • Drive measurable business impact.
  • Define success through clear KPIs and OKRs tied to engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Establish dashboards and new metrics as needed.
  • Continuously assess performance, generate insights, and prioritize with data.
  • Help the team interpret performance data and iterate quickly.
  • Prioritize and effectively manage expectations.
  • Gather input from your team(s) and working group to inform your perspective, and then prioritize aggressively to focus the team’s investment on the most impactful work to achieve goals.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration.
  • Work closely with Provider Sales, Client Sales, Customer Support, Data, and other partners to ensure alignment, velocity, smooth delivery, and strong go-to-market execution.
  • Elevate the Voice of the Customer.
  • Serve as the conduit between the customer, content and the business.
  • Use empathy, insight, and curiosity to deeply understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Iterate/advance tactics used by PatientPoint to build user empathy.
  • Lead through influence.
  • Operate as a senior IC who sets direction, raises the bar for product thinking, and contributes to a strong product culture.
  • Mentor product and sr. product peers, with future people leadership potential.
  • May manage and coach 1-2 product professionals.
