The Product Manager will create the product strategy for new external and internal customer experiences and applications that appeal to the needs and requirements of corporate leadership, stakeholders, and sponsors. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery, defining product requirements documents based on subject matter knowledge and expertise, and building and maintaining a strong Mouser and global ecommerce business acumen. The Product Manager will elicit and document business needs, requirements, supporting artifacts, and agile feature acceptance criteria, develop and communicate the program vision and feature roadmap, and partner with system architects to understand and coordinate delivery of enabler work. The role requires the ability to work to meet business goals, collaborate with the agile release train to build product features, and ensure delivered solutions continuously deliver value. Proficiency in maintaining a well-groomed program feature backlog with well-defined acceptance criteria, contributing to the establishment of product goals, and reviewing metrics to help identify opportunities and deliver successes are key. The Product Manager will research and identify new opportunities for Mouser to innovate on behalf of customers, take initiative to spend time with all levels of users, and establish open and timely communications with interested parties, stakeholders, and teams. This role represents the company and Internet Business in a professional manner, establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external contacts, and is expected to utilize organizational skills to document, categorize, prioritize, provide easy access to information, ask questions, follow up, and maintain communications. Detailed and thorough work habits with multi-tasking ability are essential.
