The Product Manager, Shared Services owns Clearwater's Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform and a growing portfolio of shared platform services that power the broader product ecosystem. CIAM is the anchor of this role -- a mission-critical, cross-cutting platform that underpins authentication, authorization, SSO, and identity governance across all of Clearwater's products. In addition to CIAM, this PM will take ownership of other shared platform capabilities as the team's mandate expands over time. Examples of shared services in scope today include white-labeling, app navigation, app manager, and audit service -- with more expected as the platform grows. Shared platform services at Clearwater serve a dual set of customers: the external clients who use these capabilities directly and whose feedback drives the roadmap, and the internal product teams who depend on shared services to build their own products. This PM will engage regularly with both audiences -- understanding client needs in the field, collaborating with internal teams on platform requirements, and driving execution across mature services and net-new builds to ensure the platform scales with demand and operates with excellence.
