About The Position

DigniFi's Point-of-Sale financing solution helps 2,000+ partners increase revenue, drive accessory orders, and decrease deferred repairs. We partner with dealerships and service centers to offer financing products at the point of sale for auto repairs, service, parts, accessories, maintenance packages, and more. As DigniFi continues to grow, our success depends on deep integrations with the software platforms dealerships already use every day. This role sits at the center of that strategy. Our vision is to make financing for the needs of daily life accessible and inclusive. This is not a traditional Product Manager role. As our Product Manager - Partner Integrations, you'll own DigniFi's integration strategy with key partners, including DMS providers, OEMs, service lane platforms, payment providers, and warranty administrators. Success in this role is measured by your ability to influence partner product and engineering teams, build strong business cases, and bring complex integrations to market. You will work across multiple organizations, partnering closely with internal Product and Engineering teams as well as external technology partners to expand DigniFi's technology ecosystem. Automotive industry experience—particularly with dealership fixed operations, DMS platforms, or the repair order lifecycle—is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing APIs with engineers, business strategy with executives, and dealership workflows with industry partners. Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience, preferably focused on platform, API, or partner integrations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-company product initiatives and influence product roadmaps without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, and technical integration concepts, with the ability to read and interpret integration specifications.
  • Experience building business cases that drive investment decisions and engineering prioritization across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, SaaS, or other technology-driven environments is preferred.
  • Automotive technology experience—including dealership software, DMS platforms, fixed operations, OEMs, or repair order workflows—is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with enterprise software providers, strategic technology partnerships, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and high-growth or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own DigniFi’s partner integration roadmap across strategic technology partners.
  • Develop integration strategies that extend beyond simple checkout experiences and drive financing throughout the dealership service journey — backed by data on integration depth vs. business impact.
  • Translate business objectives into technical integration requirements, APIs, data models, and implementation plans.
  • In coordination with DigniFi’s Commercial Partnerships team, build the commercial and product case that motivates partner organizations to prioritize DigniFi within their own roadmaps.
  • Serve as the primary product contact for partner Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams to keep projects moving.
  • Identify technical, operational, and organizational roadblocks before they impact delivery — and know when and to whom to escalate, both internally and on the partner side, when a stalled integration needs executive attention to get unstuck.
  • Measure integration success using adoption, activation, financing volume, and customer engagement metrics, then use those insights to shape future roadmap decisions.
  • Maintain visibility into all active integrations, milestones, dependencies, and partner commitments.
