About The Position

The Product Manager, Vice President, on Deposits 2.0 AI Enablement is a core execution leader who accelerates product delivery with AI, prepares Deposits 2.0 for agentic AI, and helps establish new AI-enabled ways of working. This is a hands-on role for someone with deep financial services knowledge and practical AI expertise who can take complex problems from initial framing through delivery. The Vice President tackles the function’s most complex work, establishes reusable standards and patterns, and helps less experienced colleagues contribute to the team’s success. The role applies AI to challenging Deposits 2.0 problems, designs and builds AI agents and skills, improves the knowledge base that supports AI tools, and shapes how teams embed AI in roles, workflows, documentation, and governance. It also defines the agentic-ready future state for Deposits 2.0 and drives organizational adoption, change, and communication. The Product Manager serves as the voice of the customer and contributes to profitable products that provide customer value, while ensuring scalability, resiliency, stability, and adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, and conduct standards. The role works closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Design, Risk and Controls, and Operations partners, including colleagues who do not report to the role. The position calls for curiosity, collaboration, strong problem-solving, sound judgment, and clear, evidence-based communication with senior leaders.
