About The Position

We are seeking a Product Manager to own and manage product initiatives for assigned product areas or enhancements. This role involves developing and maintaining product and feature roadmaps aligned with business goals, and working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements and prioritize the backlog. The Product Manager will conduct market and technical research, identify customer segments, and build business cases for product investments. Responsibilities also include monitoring product performance, analyzing the impact of features and growth initiatives, managing ROI, and ensuring product investments deliver measurable value. The role requires identifying opportunities for innovation and product improvement, building strong cross-functional relationships to drive execution, performing business and financial analysis including forecasting and reporting, and staying updated on industry trends to leverage technology advancements for enhanced product outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of product management (relevant) experience
  • Experience in consumer-facing online/digital products.
  • Exposure to product lifecycle management (ideation to launch).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and present to stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in product marketing, program management, business development, or consulting preferred.
  • Experience in Retail / E-commerce (Healthcare/Pharmacy is a plus).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to solve operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
