About The Position
The Product Manager I executes defined product management responsibilities for assigned products or features. This role gathers customer and market requirements, supports development and launch activities, and partners cross functionally while building independent product ownership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, engineering, sales, or operations

Responsibilities
- Gather and document customer and market requirements
- Support product specifications and change management
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Assist with development coordination and launch readiness
