You’ll know — and we’ll know — this role is successful when you consistently focus the team on what matters most: turning validated customer insight and clear business priorities into well-scoped, incremental product outcomes that reduce customer pain and move the business forward. Success looks like a prioritized roadmap and backlog that reflect strategic trade-offs, repeatable discovery and validation practices that reduce risk before build, crisp requirements engineering trusts, and reliable, timely releases that close customer pain points.
