About The Position

The Product Manager in Deposits 2.0 is a core leader who shapes product innovation, develops customer-valued and profitable products, and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. The role owns outcomes from strategy and target-state definition through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement, while helping build a flexible, scalable ecosystem that supports delivery and future innovation.

The Product Manager serves as the voice of the customer, guides successful product launches, gathers feedback, and supports high-quality client experiences. In partnership with technology, architecture, design, data, and co-supplier teams, the role delivers products with a commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable requirements and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong leadership and partnership skills across business and technology organizations.
• Experience managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment in complex environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy and vision that deliver value to customers.
• Manage discovery and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build the framework and track key success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Define target-state journeys, workflows, business processes, decision points, and exception handling across interconnected products, services, and platforms.
• Translate customer, business, and operational needs into clear, testable requirements, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with technology, architecture, design, data, and co-supplier teams to shape solution direction and delivery approaches.
• Drive integrated planning, prioritization, dependency management, and execution readiness across complex initiatives.
• Identify and resolve risks, gaps, blockers, and key decisions while driving accountability and alignment.
• Use customer feedback, operational insights, and performance data to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Champion modern product management practices and the responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
• Own product outcomes from strategy and target-state definition through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
