The Product Manager will be responsible for driving software product vision, planning and development to deliver on our human-plus-digital product strategy. This role will plan and manage information technology projects, providing guidance across product release activities such as value driven roadmap creation, analysis, review, development, implementation, enablement, go-to-market and monitoring of new or revised systems. The Product Manager will create and execute roadmaps to enhance workflows and manage end-to-end project delivery throughout the product lifecycle, from inception to end-of-life. The Product Manager will perform post-release data analysis to measure performance of the released features and plan the upcoming product improvements. Essential responsibilities include acting as a liaison for product release, implementation, performing analysis to support business line strategies and objectives, and defining technical product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize features and epics. The role involves breaking down engineering and development work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery. The Product Manager will manage the full technical product lifecycle, drive the product roadmap leveraging OKRs, and integrate with network providers (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Plaid API and webhooks to import transactions from thousands of financial institutions while automatically assigning transactions to cardholders. The role also includes designing workflows to import real-time authorizations, flag duplicate transactions and matching posted transactions with the correct authorizations, aligning on priorities and timelines with banking partners, analyzing critical interdependencies among software product system elements, and planning technical solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability principles. The role includes providing a platform to process foreign exchange transactions to ensure accuracy in spend reconciliation. The Product Manager will partner with ERP and GL Accounting software and aggregators like QuickBooks Online, Tray, Merge, and NetSuite to build automatic transaction sync workflows. The role includes reviewing ERP product offerings, reviewing API specifications and mapping, testing end-to-end integration and conducting product demos to sync card transaction data, Expenses, transactions, Bills and Journal Entries with client’s GL Accounting. The Product Manager will identify, analyze, and interpret business data to meet business needs, define user experience (UX) while aligning with digital, technology, and business strategy, and prioritize technical product development opportunities to establish the product vision, charter, and roadmap. The Product Manager will collaborate with agile teams, experience design, technology, and risk partners to create technical products that achieve business and customer outcomes while managing technical features, reducing technical debt, and modernizing existing products. The Product Manager will also showcase upcoming feature releases in on-site customer conferences, gather feedback from customers on prototypes and subsequently design solutions. Position may allow working from home within commuting distance of the worksite location. Multiple Positions.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related.
  • 5 years of experience with all of the following: translating business requirements into actionable product specifications, epics, user stories, and technical documentation.
  • 5 years of experience driving UX-focused improvements by delivering customer demos and training.
  • 5 years of experience gathering feedback and translating insights into enhanced user experiences.
  • 5 years of experience planning, designing, and managing product roadmaps.
