About The Position

This position serves as the enterprise product lead for the Voyager Fleet Card onboarding and automation within CPS. The Voyager card is a fleet payment solution that helps businesses manage fuel, maintenance, and travel-related expenses for their drivers with ease. It offers strong visibility and control over spending while providing a convenient, widely accepted payment option to keep employees and operations moving. This role independently owns strategy and execution for complex, technology‑driven capabilities that materially impact client onboarding speed, scalability, experience, and operational efficiency for fleet customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end product strategy and delivery for Fleet Card onboarding and automation in CPS, including digitally enabled setup, controls configuration, and downstream integrations
  • Define and drive a long‑term automation roadmap that reduces manual effort, cycle time, errors, and operational risk across onboarding and servicing
  • Partner closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Sales Enablement to deliver scalable, compliant onboarding solutions
  • Lead prioritization across backlog and roadmap to balance growth, customer experience, modernization, and risk requirements
  • Set clear product outcomes (e.g., onboarding speed, automation rates, exception reduction) and use data to guide decisions
  • Advise senior leaders on onboarding strategy, automation tradeoffs, and investment decisions tied to Fleet growth
  • Anticipate and manage product, operational, and regulatory risk inherent in onboarding automation
  • Serve as an expert and mentor to other product managers, establishing best practices for CPS and Fleet workflows
