About The Position

As Product Manager for the Roadmap Track, you will own long-term features, core game loops, and retention systems for Sunshine Island, a flagship casual farming title. The product team has two execution tracks: Strategic Roadmap, focused on deep features and long-term systems, and LiveOps, focused on recurring events, monetization, and direct-to-consumer growth. You will lead the Roadmap Track in a close partnership with a dedicated Project Manager (PJM), who manages day-to-day agile mechanics and operational scheduling, allowing you to focus on product direction, new mechanics, and impact. You will work with a feature team of engineers, designers, economy designers, artists, and data analysts to bring new mechanics to a mature game. The role centers on roadmap and feature ownership, market-informed development of new mechanics, retention and early-game performance, progression and content pacing, and ownership of roadmap KPIs. You will partner with the PJM on sprint scoping and release scheduling, act as the central product anchor for the feature team, and drive multi-phase features from goals through release, defining scope and learnings for each phase. You report to the Director of LiveOps and work day to day with the game's Product Owner.
