About The Position

The Product Manager for the LiveOps Track owns the commercial heartbeat, monetization velocity, and event innovation for Sunshine Island, a flagship casual farming title. The product team operates in two execution tracks: Strategic Roadmap, focused on deep features and long-term systems, and LiveOps, focused on recurring events, monetization, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth. The Product Manager leads the LiveOps Track in partnership with a dedicated Project Manager (PJM), who handles day-to-day agile mechanics and operational scheduling, allowing the Product Manager to focus on commercial strategy, campaign design, and revenue optimization. The role works with a dedicated team of LiveOps engineers, data analysts, and economy designers to build new mechanics as well as events. The position is suited to a commercially minded, data-driven Product Manager who understands F2P spending psychology, follows market trends, and uses operational levers to affect the P&L. Responsibilities include owning the LiveOps calendar, designing events and monetization mechanics, growing webshop revenue, configuring targeted campaigns, monitoring commercial KPIs, and testing offers and pricing. The role is remote-first and requires the candidate to be located within three hours of CEST for real-time collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, LiveOps Manager, or Monetization Designer in mobile F2P gaming.
  • Demonstrated experience running LiveOps calendars, configuring sales tools or backends, and launching new commercial or event mechanics.
  • Strong analytical understanding of monetization metrics, including ARPPU, LTV, conversion, and churn.
  • Understanding of player spending habits, value anchoring, and offer pacing.
  • Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams across Art, Tech, Design, and Analytics without direct line management.
  • Strong organization, composure under live operational pressure, and experience working alongside Project Managers in SCRUM or Kanban frameworks.
  • Located within +/- 3 hours of CEST for real-time collaboration.

  • Design and balance short-term monetization loops, including Piggy Banks, Lucky Treats, and Wheels, and develop new mechanics such as tiered starter passes and custom bundles to convert non-payers.
  • Drive Webshop 2.0 adoption and gamification, including daily streak freebies and proxy currency, and scale the Direct-to-Consumer revenue share toward the stated target of over 40%.
  • Configure, segment, and optimize targeted sales campaigns using the proprietary Dynamic Offer Tool (DOT).
  • Monitor daily ARPDAU, conversion, and offer yield, and run continuous A/B tests on pricing, discount depth, and segment criteria to maximize yield while maintaining price perception and economy health.
  • Partner with the track Project Manager on sprint scoping and release scheduling.
  • Act as the central product anchor for dedicated LiveOps engineers, data analysts, and economy designers.
  • Align and inspire cross-functional teams through clear commercial reasoning.
