About The Position

Infinity by Marvin is seeking a Product Manager to help shape its replacement window and door portfolio. The role serves as the voice of the customer, using market insights, customer feedback, and business data to drive product innovation and growth. Working with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, the Product Manager leads product development initiatives, supports product strategy, and helps bring customer-focused solutions to market. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and contributes to customer experience and brand growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, New Product Development, or a related field.
• Experience building business cases and supporting product launch initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned product development and enhancement projects through the product development process.
• Gather and analyze customer, dealer, market, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs throughout the development process.
• Build business cases and product recommendations using customer, market, sales, and financial data.
• Define product positioning, key features, customer value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute product launches and maintain product documentation.
• Serve as a product expert, supporting internal teams with training, guidance, and market insights.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including enhancements, engineering changes, and portfolio optimization.
• Travel up to 25% to gather customer and partner feedback.
