The Product Manager works with the Expansion team and its tech lead to turn technical and business needs into well-scoped engineering work. This role is remote within Europe; applications from outside Europe will not be considered.

Requirements

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record in a technical product environment.
  • Blockchain experience is required; experience at a blockchain company is preferred to support familiarity with the ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, including interpreting data, spotting patterns, and translating findings into product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including confidence working with external partners and translating technical issues into actionable solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to investigate issues.
  • AI literate, with active use of AI tools in work and an understanding of their application to product work.
  • Collaborative mindset, strong organisational skills, and a process-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Track record of working on data products.
  • Experience monitoring API performance or working on execution quality in a technical product.
  • Familiarity with aggregation, routing, or liquidity-related products in crypto or fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution quality for the aggregation product by defining performance standards and driving monitoring, metrics, and features.
  • Lead onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems from opportunity identification through launch.
  • Partner with the Expansion tech lead to translate business and technical needs into clear engineering tickets and specifications.
  • Monitor API behaviour and tool performance, identifying issues before they reach partners and users.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third parties, including decentralised exchanges and other liquidity partners.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, QA, and Data to align priorities, surface issues, and inform product improvements.

Benefits

  • Annual company offsites.
  • 30 days of PTO.
  • Flexible remote days.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Equity participation from day 1.
  • Choice of work computer.
  • Annual €1,000 personal development budget after 6 months of employment, prorated in the first year.
  • One-time €1,000 remote-work budget for coworking, office setup, or similar. Independent contractors are entitled only to the first five listed benefits.
