About The Position

This foundational role will shape the future of the company's platform and product thinking. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customers to lead the ideation, development, and delivery of features that address complex technical challenges for DevOps, SREs, and platform teams. ScaleOps' platform revolutionizes cloud-native application infrastructure management by automating resource allocation to meet real-time demand, resulting in improved performance, significant cloud cost savings, and a fully automated process. The company has substantial backing and a growing customer base of over 50 enterprises, including major industry leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or DevOps products
• Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering-heavy teams
• Strong ownership mindset and excitement to build from zero
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
• Passion for solving complex technical problems and delivering real value

Responsibilities

• Own a strategic domain of our platform, define and deliver the product roadmap
• Translate customer needs, technical requirements, and business goals into clear, well-scoped product features
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define, spec, and deliver features in an agile environment
• Lead customer discovery efforts to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success
• Build and implement product processes and best practices as the first product manager
• Conduct competitive research and stay ahead of infrastructure product trends
• Influence product strategy and company direction as a key member of the team
