Requirements

Exceptional talent with an obsession for shipping to customers.
Proficiency in engineering fundamentals.
Experience building with AI natively.
Experience shipping agentic systems (side projects count).
Strong, pragmatic engineering instincts.
Sharp product instincts and a drive to solve customer problems.
Understanding of how AI systems behave, fail, and improve.
Ability to own your area of expertise while being generalist enough to operate across the stack.
Ability to pick up new technologies and tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of the product from inception to shipped product, including requirements gathering, research, conceptualization, experimentation, implementation, and iteration.
Shape product direction based on customer interactions and feedback.
Ship impactful products for some of the biggest companies in the world.
Operate across the full stack when necessary, depending on where your expertise lies.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
