The Secret Lair is where our most expressive, collectible, and wonderfully strange ideas come to life. We're looking for a Product Manager to join the Secret Lair Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team to bring those products to fans across the globe. This role combines aspects of digital product strategy, technical program management, merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll manage our digital storefront, influencing how fans discover, shop, and experience innovative Magic products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and technical problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in DTC ecommerce, digital product management, or merchandising.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in fast-moving, high-stakes launch environments.
  • Proven background in shipping new features, improving ecommerce journeys, and partnering effectively with engineers and designers.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences and interpreting non-technical input for technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with supply chain logistics, including shipping, fulfillment, and warehousing considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product launches, own cross-functional launch rooms, triage issues in real-time, keep teams focused on priorities, and communicate with stakeholders, escalating to leaders when necessary.
  • Craft the product vision from concept to deployment, collaborating with business partners, marketing, engineering, and UX designers to enhance the fan shopping experience.
  • Utilize strong TPM instincts to maintain organization, navigate dependencies, refine requirements, and ensure team alignment.
  • Develop and refine the DTC merchandising strategy, using data to shape site experience and drive conversion for collections, campaigns, and global expansions.
  • Represent the DTC team in client, partner, and stakeholder meetings, presenting roadmaps and data-driven recommendations.
