About The Position

The Product Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of product development for Pay-Ins, Channels, QR Code, and Direct Debit services. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of payment solutions, conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, and driving product innovation. The Product Manager will manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards, and will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, vendors, and clients. Additionally, the role requires monitoring product performance and user engagement to implement improvements, coordinating with sales and client services teams on go-to-market and onboarding strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Product Manager will also provide leadership and guidance to regional and country product teams.

Requirements

  • 3- or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Payment Associate, or related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Payment Associate, or related occupation.
  • Managing product development lifecycles, from concept to launch, in a financial services and payments industry.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Defining and prioritizing product features including Financial services and Payment Products and enhancements by aligning customers feedback with business objectives.
  • Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables in the financial industry.
  • Understanding regulatory requirements including Payment and financial regulations imposed in the financial market and industry standards related to payment solutions in the financial industry.
  • Using data analysis to monitor product performance and user engagement.
  • Developing go-to-market strategies for payment products.
