About The Position

This position involves creating a global roadmap for infrastructure platforms and curating content in collaboration with subject matter experts. The role contributes to the annual update process, ensuring alignment with the global technology roadmap and governance requirements. Responsibilities include handling requests from regulators and internal control procedures, working closely with chief architects to deliver timely responses and comply with deadlines. The Architect will collaborate and capture architecture decisions, achieve strategic goals, and provide cohesive messages around governance and infrastructure strategy to global technology customers. Additionally, the role drives team-owned processes, organizing them by ownership and priority to enable execution by current and future team members. This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel to various client sites.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study
  • 7 years (84 months) of experience in the job offered or as Architect, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Risk Analyst, or related occupation
  • Four (4) years of experience with managing strategic planning and multi-stakeholder alignment in the creation of a technical strategy across 3 or more of the following distinct infrastructure domains: compute, network, storage, data and cloud
  • Four (4) years of experience spearheading cross-functional workshops with architecture and engineering leaders across 3 or more of the following infrastructure domains: compute, network, storage, data and cloud for the authoring and adoption of a multi-year (2+) technical strategy
  • Four (4) years of experience developing technical strategy for a financial services infrastructure services provider, including methodologies to capture and interpret technology infrastructure requirements in a regulated environment context, including SOC, SCO1, PCI, and HIPAA
  • Four (4) years of experience leading technical strategy discussions across 3 or more of the following infrastructure domains: compute, network, storage, data and cloud
  • Four (4) years of experience providing oversight and control over product line strategies ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimization by applying frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman for structured enterprise architecture
  • Four (4) years of experience integrating diverse domain-specific insights into a unified strategic framework
