About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a fast-moving product team building consumer-facing experiences at scale. In this role you will own a meaningful slice of the product roadmap, partner closely with engineering, design, and data, and turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions that customers love. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, enjoys working across functions, and is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information. You will balance near-term execution with a clear long-term vision, and you will be measured on the outcomes your products drive.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Strong track record of owning a roadmap end to end and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with data, including defining metrics, analyzing results, and using insights to drive decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication is essential, along with the ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across functions.
  • Effective in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities shift and you are expected to bring structure.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams in an agile setting is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces, travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or other high-scale consumer platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Experience working on products that serve millions of users, or operating in international or multi-market contexts, is highly valued.
  • A background that blends technical fluency with strong customer empathy will stand out.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, translating business goals and customer needs into a prioritized backlog.
  • Write clear product requirements, lead discovery, and partner with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, frame hypotheses, and measure impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, analytics, and leadership to align on priorities and communicate progress.
  • Run experiments, learn quickly, and continuously refine the product based on results.
  • Champion the customer and keep the team focused on the highest-impact work.
